I had a very large order. I got home and I was missing one sandwich so I called them about it and when I got back there, the guy was accusing me of lying about the missing sandwich. I told him to check the camera footage because why would I lie about a damn sandwich? The older Asian male continued to give me attitude and said I’ll review the footage tomorrow?? What kind of bs service is this? Why is it my problem that you guys don’t know how to complete orders correctly
Last time my wife and I went, the service was horrible. The girl seemed annoyed and seemed like she hates working there.
I ordered The Original Italian. I asked for no tomatoes and to please add banana peppers. Instead I got plenty of tomatoes, and no banana peppers. I also received pickles and avocado which is not even listed on the ingredients of The Original Italian. Gonna stick to ordering from Cortinas from now on. Unfortunately they're closed on Sundays and I was craving an Italian sub🤷♂️
