I can always rely on Jersey Mike's. The subs are packed with meat (unlike Jimmy Johns) and come the way you order them. The staff is always friendly at every location I've been to. I'm a returning customer and will continue to be. Sign up for the rewards. Ive already got a few sandwiches.
Update: got sandwiches from Doordash tonight, the BLT showed up with only bacon, the ham mini was on old bread. When i complained to the kid in charge tonight, he was rude, dismissive and refused to help. He said all of their bread is hard like that, asked did i take a picture of the bug that was in my sandwich and refused to remake the mess ups. usually great, but this time my food had a hair in it and i had to throw the whole sandwich away. very disappointed
Horrible service and rude employees waiting for my sandwich for over 30 minutes and no one brought it out. It was just sitting there. Had to call Ian for them to bring it out and they claimed they didn’t know that I was outside even though I checked it on the app zero out of 10 would definitely never recommend.
