My sandwich, Service, and response to my dissatisfaction to the team lead Ethan was Unacceptable. I spent $20 on a sandwich that I essentially could not eat. When i called to complain I was told since I don't have a receipt noting could be done. I explained how bad my sandwich was, and was asked why I didn't I say anything before leaving the store. Food is good, service is horrible, i placed an online order and got here right on time but still waited for 15 minutes to get my order, when i asked they just threw the bag at me with a long face. Probably wont back here anytime soon.
Terrible service. Gave my grubhub order to the wrong person then the manager proceeded to sloppily make my order and act angry about having to make my order that we paid for again.
