Very bad experience. Made an online order for the first time. The store was suppose to be the store at 380/423. Some reason it was reverted to a different store Almost 8 miles away. After I pressed the button to say I was here I was waiting 15 mins. Decided to go in and they said it was the store on coit rd. I never chose that store. This review is more so about the call I made regarding my order. I placed an order @10:23 am for what I thought was another location (eldorado pkwy). Unfortunately, I made a mistake and accidentally placed my order for this location (university). I went to the location where I thought I had placed my order (eld), only to find out I had placed it for this location (uni). The past time I went in here I got really bad service from the employees. The lack of attention on my sandwiches was horrible. I constantly have to remind them what I want on my sandwich especially grilled ones. I have heard good things about Jersey Mikes but this store is a complete let down.
