Very disappointing experience at Jersey Mike’s today. My two kids and I walked in after I had just placed food from Kenji’s in the car for my wife. My 11 year old son was carrying my 3 year old daughter and held the door open for me as I walked in. Right away, two employees sitting at a table in the back gave my family uncomfortable and judgmental looks. One of them appeared to be a manager or someone in charge. Their bread is delicious. High quality meats and cheeses. They provide ample servings and great flavor.
I dont normally give 5 stars but this was well deserved. Renee did a fantastic job, I loved that I was greeted when I walked in and though they were busy, all of them made sure I was recognized along with anyone else walking in. My order was taken quickly, Renee even offered a jumbo size, which I got. My Chicken Bacon Ranch was made to perfection and tasted so darn delicious! Well done! Thank you for your friendly fast tasty service! I will be back!
5 stars on professional and courteous. Rene helped organize a company catering event feeding 60 people with ease and professionalism. Jersey Mikes will get my business in the future and will always order from this location. I am in Renes debt.
