I’m already a regular at the Blackstone location, and I’ve genuinely never had a bad experience or a bad sandwich. Everyone there is always so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I especially wanted to shout out Maria! She made me one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. She recommended adding chipotle mayo to the #8 Club Sub, and the proportions of everything were absolutely perfect. Very disappointing experience at Jersey Mike’s today. My two kids and I walked in after I had just placed food from Kenji’s in the car for my wife. My 11 year old son was carrying my 3 year old daughter and held the door open for me as I walked in. Right away, two employees sitting at a table in the back gave my family uncomfortable and judgmental looks. One of them appeared to be a manager or someone in charge.
