it’s not even closing time and they all packed up ready to go.
Now I'm not sure if this was the manager, but he was definitely one of the leads. The way he was talking with the crew before and during an incident in which a broken oil bottle was accidentally broken, is not the way to be manage a crew. Went there tonight with my husband To pick up our food, Michael and another gentleman was upfront. They were very helpful. The best customer service I Have received in a long time Jersey Mike’s is lucky to have people like them working for their company because they are amazing and very hard-working!!
First time at this location as it was on my way home from work. I was treated by the most friendly workers who asked me genuine questions and made the end of a long work day much better. They made my order correct and it was delicious. I just want to give a big shout out to all the workers on the line tonight 11/12/25 as they are going above and beyond to make their customers feel special.
