It is time to open another location near Friendswood. This place cannot keep up with the demand. Waited 30 mins in the store after ordering online.
They mess up an order then make promises to fix it and get me a replacement order, but nothing happens. I just wanted my points I understand people make mistakes. However, to make all these grand promises and then don't even deliver is demeaning. If you want a good sub go here but pray there are no issues because they will not make it right.
KADE needs a raise! He was pure grace under pressure tonight! While THREE others messed around in the back with the bread sticks, KADE took care of a very indecisive man and boy and those of us waiting in to go orders! He was friendly and engaging. I cannot say that about anyone else “working” there!!!
Walked 30mins before closing and the guys working were super fast and pleasant
Second time to eat at this Friendswood, TX location (Sat., 8/8 @1pm). Definitely the busiest of the three in my area. All of the employees were friendly and focused. Customers were greeted and attended to promptly. Staff was taking orders, prepping, clearing area, checking food temp, refilling chip cart, replenishing cups, etc. all the while serving those eating in and those picking up mobile orders. Very efficient.
