I visited this location for the first time today and had a mixed experience. I arrived at 12:55 PM and did not sit down to eat until 1:15 PM. There were only about eight people in front of me in line, all with normal orders, but it still took around 20 minutes just to place my order. What stood out the most was the cleanliness. All of the tables were empty, but every single one was dirty. The drink station was also a mess, and the tea urns were left uncovered. When you have a small team of teenagers that didn't get lunch, it works really well
100/10 amazing! Not only is the food amazing but the staff is out of this world! Zach was absolutely so accommodating! I have a pork allergy and he cleaned the deli slicer, got new knifes, wiped down the counters, and smiled and laughed while making jokes with us the entire time! Please donate $5 to them next time you go to get a free sub and shower them with smiles and kindness!
I’m not going to go into the full detail. My subs and cheesesteaks have always been excellent! There’s only one other sub shop who does it……, but I won’t share. The reason for my post is more for the general manager, Jessica. She impressed me.
