Howdy. Came here the first week it was opened and had a miserable experience with gnats flying everywhere. I wrote a review about it then but it appears to have been deleted. Came back to give it a second try and its hands down 100% better staff. Price is still bonkers for a sub tho.
They have went down hill bad...The last 4 orders were absolutely wrong...They pit peppers on my wife's sandwich and she is highly allergic..Good thing we checked them...This has happened repeatedly...The quality has went way down hill... Sad but true..
I visited this location for the first time today and had a mixed experience. I arrived at 12:55 PM and did not sit down to eat until 1:15 PM. There were only about eight people in front of me in line, all with normal orders, but it still took around 20 minutes just to place my order. What stood out the most was the cleanliness. All of the tables were empty, but every single one was dirty. The drink station was also a mess, and the tea urns were left uncovered.
