Jayda, mark and Alex We’re absolutely amazing today. We definitely appreciate them working so hard. This place was full when we got here. Great service.
Consistently have issues with this location as far as quality and order timing. I usually order online and often times during lunch the wait time is 45-60 minutes. Last time I ordered I waited 75 minutes even though my order was ready and sitting behind the counter, they were too busy to look for it when I gave them my name. It seems like they have too few employees at this location and many of the employees are not fully trained. Many times my order was incorrect but they were too busy to fix it.
We went to this sandwich place. The guy who took our order was friendly, but the girl who puts the ingredients on the sandwich is grumpy. She didn't even ask us what we wanted in the sandwich, she just wrapped it up. In short, she didn't even have a conversation with us. She made us feel discriminated against. I don't want to think that it's because of our ethnicity. I won't go back to this place.
