I ordered 2 sandwiches and in my description I added jalapeños and asked for my sandwich to be toasted then I asked for them to put put my name on the package. That was a fail

Obviously the poor service and horribly dry food with no flavor made for a bad atmosphere. The girls did not greet, they asked me what do you want, that is very cold! I asked for my bread well toasted, I received soft bread(they said toasting would take too long. My grandson and I were the only guests in there.
I received an email for free chips and drink with purchase of a sub. Saved almost $5. Ordered online and used the code word Spooky. Limited time for Halloween. Had to get a fountain drink instead of a bottled iced tea. Everything was ready when I arrived. I asked for the cup for the drink and the empty cup was taped inside the bag with napkins. Sub sandwich #10 was awesome excellent experience.
