What a horrible fourth of July Experience for me. I purchased a catering box paid over $80. I explained I have been to this store prior, and my request was respected. John's coworker stated "I been here for 2 years, that is not how we do and whoever last year not here anymore." I asked manager John and his coworker if they can individually wrap the sandwiches i was told "we don't do that it would make it ugly", "it will cost you more", "the coupon you have is not applicable."
