Wish I interacted with the first employee who was awesome. The second one was rude and condescending. I just wanted lettuce and tomato. My first time here I don’t know what ‘Mike’s Way’ is. Better to explain it to a confused customer instead of proceeding to speak down towards me. I got the impression from this interaction you are implying I am not ideal enough to come into this store. Spent $21.38 for a sandwich with a side of resentment. I will stick with Subway.

I never write reviews, but the service here was absolutely awful. I went to get a sandwich on my 30 minute lunch break at the mall, and I didn’t get my sandwich until there was 5 minutes left of my break. I sat there and watched my half-made sandwich sit there for over 15 minutes while all 4 workers walked around doing other things, totally acting like I wasn’t there.
