The food is amazing, of course, it's a chain restaurant. The service needs work, and the attitudes range from indifferent to annoyed.
It was fine.
I used to come here very often, and everything was good, food was good bread was a little dry and not very fluffy like other branches, but recently the customer service has been disgustingly awful, everyone in the store seems like they DO NOT want to be there nor interact with anyone.. super cut and dry, not very personable at all. This branch has gone down hill drastically, I will not be coming back.
