Always a five for our family...
I left my purse in the restaurant and was about an hour away once we realized. One of the workers, Cole, was so so nice and met my husband to give it to him since they were closing. I can’t express my gratitude enough. Our food was also great and all other workers were nice like usual!
My boyfriend and I LOVE Jersey Mike's, however we usually go to the one in Holland during peak lunch. We happened to be in Grand Haven and this location had the absolute most awful manager working. She was on the shorter side, maybe mid forties, maybe hispanic. She made the entire atmosphere tense. She was short with customers, short with her employees and rude. Just have to give a shout out to Jersey Mike’s in GH. We drive from Holland to the Jersey Mike’s in Grand Haven. You’ve got it all over the one in Holland! Your employees are all hard workers and very friendly. People skills mean a lot to customers!
A great sandwich, and the crew is always friendly. They have a gluten free bun.
