Shoutout to Raymond Martinez. He helped my wife & I have a great experience at this Jersey Mike’s. Another employee misheard my wife’s order, & we ended up with an odd sandwich to say the least. However, Raymond noticed our confusion & went out of his was way to fix what had happened. He reimbursed us for not only my wife’s sandwich but mine as well. We will definitely be back to this Jersey Mike’s location. Raymond deserves a raise! He was very kind & professional.
As I walked in the door I was greeted with a warm welcome by a young girl her name was Ginger the food was amazing the facility was clean as I was waiting for my food there was alot of people in the building I was shocked to see so many tho everything was super efficient while I was enjoying my lunch I noticed the girl who greeted me was enjoying her break with a freind when a coworker of hers came to her and asked her to clock out while she was on her break because she had 30 minutes left on her shift so after I finished ea... read more
They have a terrible hiring process and they don't care if they screw you over. Their kitchen is messy. An extreme lack of handwashing. And the employees vape in the back of the building.
56 did NOT have double cheese, steak bread was soaking wet, 13 was missing cheese... UPDATE: Ownership is responsive to customer feedback. Good folks.
