Until today I always said crown point has the best Jersey Mikes. Always was fresh and made right. We got stale, hard wheat bread yesterday. No excuse for that. The one making our sandwich had to know. Mistakes like that lose customers. I never not finish my sandwich, until yesterday. We will not make the drive from Valpo again.
I placed an online order... normally I go in! I got 2 regular subs and 1 giant! This is how one looked! I only go to this location and I always go early because its always the same people that work that shift. This time it was different people and apparently they aren't trained correctly! The sub was smashed like someone was mad when they cut the bread! It barely had any type of toppings! I will never place an online order with them again!
The staff working tonight (7/15/25) were incredibly friendly! Additionally, my bowl was delicious. 10/10
