i don’t know if the girl with glasses was new but when we visited today it genuinely took 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches and it was not busy inside we were the only ones in there until 2 people came for their pick up order that they also had to wait for even though the sandwiches were ready and just sitting there getting soggy. I walk in and no one greets me, no one took my order and the man with the Afro was in the restroom for ten minutes and then came out and started chopping onions not even helping the girl make our orders we hadn’t even ordered yet, he must have been in lolly land standing there acting like he didn’t know I needed my order taken after 15 minutes. they were out of white bread and only had the gross wheat and rosemary bread, I blame it on poor management and not enough prep. it took forever to have my order taken even though the... read more
We have ordered online several times. Doesn't matter if we get there after 5 minutes or 30, they act surprised and don't start making the order until we walk in and ask about it. A few times we have shown up after ordering with points, and they tell us they can't make the order, but they will write our name down and make it at a later date. When we go back a few days later, there is of course no record of the conversation. Update hours!!! You are NOT open at 9am! This is inconvenient driving over to find the store posted hours that do not match online posting
Only come to this location if you want to wait half your day for the sandwich other wise take you time and money some where else.
