My order was placed on the app at 13:24 the estimated completion time was 13:39 which is already way too long for two sandwiches. It is currently 13:55 and i am waiting in the store as im writing this. It seriously would have been faster for me to drive here place my order in the store and leave before writing this complaint. Very disappointing! The order was placed in my hands at 14:10
For the price, the value just isn't there. The stated order ready times for online pickup orders are comically inaccurate, usually 20-30min less than when the food is actually ready to pickup which, if you're grabbing lunch for your lunch break, means your break is almost over before you even get your food. For my most recent visit, the food wasn't even being prepared yet and I showed up 20min AFTER the "ready time".
