Is the customer service bad? Yes. The worst. They told me they don’t grill the turkey meat because of cross contamination. Odd because every other JM in America does. And I have to have it cooked due to a heart transplant. So I changed the order, to which they made a deep sigh. They openly talk trash about the customers. But you know what, go see for yourself. You gotta experience it to appreciate every other location. They really don’t want to be there 😂
Operated poorly and unprofessionally. Very unsanitary and rude quite frankly.
the worst jersey mikes I’ve ever been too. Ran out of a ton of ingredients, employees were miserable and do not care. Would not order food from them.
Nothing like walking up and seeing them cleaning! Very clean and very polite service was given. I mean they really cleaned up! Flipped pans, sweeping and mopping scrubbing and all of this was done while still taking customers and it didn’t effect the service provided
