I visited the Jersey Mike's in Atlanta Airport on Wednesday, September 03, 2025 at approximately 7:15 pm. I was greeted by the amazing service of Chuck, Xavier, and Mr. Hermad Thomas. Everything was fresh and the store was very clean. I have been a Jersey Mike's fan and member for a long time. These three gentlemen did an amazing job. I attempted to leave a review on the Jersey Mike's website, but unfortunately this location isn't listed. Please give these three their due diligence. They did an amazing job!!
This location is at the ALT airport. Its menu items are limited. They ran out of the buns and only had the wraps. They didn’t have the sandwich I like, so I decided not to get anything. I discovered Jersey Mike’s while in Los Angeles and was very impressed. I was ready for another one on this trip. They have very good sandwiches.
Stopped in several times. Seems to be out of items every time. From bread selection, meats, to drinks. Rude employees. I love Jersey Mike's, but not this location.
#1 they put all the food straight on the counter. #2 never wiped the knife between sandwiches, lots of cross contamination. #3 They're not slicing the cheesse and meat at the correct thickness. People go to chains to fet a consistent product. The worst ice had in 25 years of eating at Jersey Mike's. Could definitely use a visit from the health department.
