Very rude staff came in at 6pm on a Saturday to find them dead they then acted beyond put out that i ordered a single sandwich which then proceeded to be made horribly very very salty meat is warmish at best no tomatoes as requested for A sub above more like SUBtandard 12$ for a sandwich it better be amazing and this is far far far from it
Horrible service! They weren’t wearing a name tag so couldn’t find the person name. A word of advice, hire people who want to work, not someone who does me a favor!
My husband tried to pick up a couple sandwich today from them and they treated him so bad. I don’t know why people come to work. Everyone is having a hard time these days and it would be nice if we don’t take it out on each other and spread some kindness. My husband had to ask this person to make the sandwich atleast 3 times before he could actually have them make it. I will be at 4 pm on Sunday 2/22/26.. I'm a frequent customer here and this is the first time this has happened to me. There wasn't even one other customer. The lobby was dirty, the table where they prepare the sandwiches was dirty, the ingredients (tomato, lettuce) looked like they were past their expiration date (wilted), even the bread felt stale when you chewed it.
