I am a frequent customer, probably getting 2-3 subs a month, almost always the same thing. It is customized according to their online menu and about half the time, they get it wrong. Not massively wrong, just wrong. In particular, they rarely read the "Special instructions". Today, I asked for no green peppers, extra banana peppers and light hot peppers. Scam artists Ordered a club and got what I wanted on there, was then asked “do you want bacon?” I said of course I do it comes on the sandwich I am ordering. Got a very rude response of “well you’d be surprised at how many people say NO!” I dropped it and didn’t respond, just paid for the sandwich and walked away.
