I will be at 4 pm on Sunday 2/22/26.. I'm a frequent customer here and this is the first time this has happened to me. There wasn't even one other customer. The lobby was dirty, the table where they prepare the sandwiches was dirty, the ingredients (tomato, lettuce) looked like they were past their expiration date (wilted), even the bread felt stale when you chewed it. I go to this location frequently. This was the first time it was messy. There were bread crumbs on the counter. There was lettuce in with the tomatoes. In the containers they serve from. Usually the employees clean up as they prepare the order. Not this time. It was unclean. I got there and it was like this when I walked in. It was not busy. There no one there but me and my friend. This was on a Sunday at 4pm.
My wife ordered ahead and placed an order through the app. She chose to do curbside pickup because our 7 month old daughter was sleeping in the car. When my wife got there she put that she was there and waited for 5 minutes. I understand the wait time that’s not why I’m leaving this review. I’m leaving the review because after 5 minutes of her waiting she called the Jersey Mike’s to see when the order was coming out. Don't bother. 1 hr and 40 minutes for a hot sub. 9 stops. Never got here. DONT BOTHER.!
