First time at Jersey Mikes! Really great experience! Young lady Roxane who made our Mikes famous chili was amazing! She did amazing job!
The best out of a dozen Mike's locations I've been to. Staff is great, manager obviously on point, place is clean and food is always stellar. Edit: July 2025. Tyler greets me by name at this point, started doing so maybe the third week I was consistently coming in once or twice for lunch. 10/10 I know I'm an easy order but it's always consistently a go-to here. I've had mixed consistency at other Mike's across the country- not here!
Love their Italian subs and steak and cheese. Top quality.
Location was well staffed. Lines moved quickly and the restaurant was clean. My sub was delicious and all of the ingredients were fresh
Incompetent and illiterate staff. The "manager" and other employees laughed and joked when they messed up my order. I would be embarrassed if I worked at this location. Imagine feeling good about yourself when you can't even make a sandwich order correct. Zero respect. Y'all should be ashamed about how you represent and carry yourselves.
