Took me five minutes to order three sandwiches, 20 minutes for them to make the sandwiches, and only two orders during that time. The place was a dump. The staff were not at all engaged and were rude when I reminded them that it took me 20 minutes to get my order.
When the employee growls at you without a greeting as he’s busy cutting meat and says “I’m waiting for your order” after a full minute of surly silence …. Why do I want do be a patron here? Please teach your staff basic customer service please!
Guy with gray hair is so rude and hostile towards everyone.
Best sandwich if you're not on the east coast.
Jake is amazing!!!!! Very friendly, professional, fast and pays attention to detail. Incredible customer service. The food is good and the very clean establishment.
