Service is terrible. Unprofessional employees.
Ordered online at 11:45 was suppose to be ready by 12:01p.m. my order was not ready until 12:20 p.m. wasted my lunch time got no apology no discount just worthless service and excuses
I visited your store on Tuesday, March 24th, arriving at 10:03 AM. The store appeared to be closed, as the door was locked. Staff members inside noticed me but continued with their tasks without unlocking the door. I returned to my car and waited until approximately 10:08 AM, when someone finally turned on the "Open" sign and unlocked the door. Upon entering, the staff seemed busy. The girl that took our order was visibly annoyed with us when we ordered our subs gluten free and that it was an allergy. This is the first time we’ve had an employee act inconvenienced by our order, didn’t do a great job cleaning the slicer , so hopefully none of us gets ill. The other employee that put our toppings on was really nice. We appreciate Jersey Mike’s and their extra steps taken to have a safe place to eat, but didn’t like this experience.
