The cashier ,red headed girl was just rude to me because I told her she overcharged me. After she confirmed with the guy who made my sandwich she reluctantly corrected my bill. Her tone and bad attitude should be reserved for a non public service job.
Mary Ann were very pleasant and a great personality. I will definitely eat here again and recommend Jersey Mike's to family and friends.
Mary Anne and Lenei were very sweet and amazing to work with! We were traveling to the mountains with our family and it was a long car ride with crazy kids and walking into this location was a treat. The customer service was outstanding and they were friendly and professional. Not only that but service was quick and the food was outstanding! Thank you for making our experience great!
Edit: Decided to try again and everything was delicious and back to the quality I know and love. Very sad about the decline of Jersey Mikes quality...this was my absolute favorite sub place for the past 25 years...it is absolute shit now. Bread changed, amount of ingredients changed and they don't even make to order as requested anymore..ask for extra meat get 1/3 of regular meat..ask for NO onions?
