This is a serious food safety issue and very concerning, especially for a group order. We hope the business takes this matter seriously and improves their quality control.
I placed an UberEats order last night which was picked up at the Dennery location and arrived at my home within 20mins. The bread on both sandwiches were hard as a rock. Great spot, lots of other food choices in the same area. Nice, large, new shopping center.
We went with an elderly person with mobility issues, so we wanted to secure a disability table and let her sit down before deciding on a menu, but a young male staff member yelled at us, "Aren't you guys going to decide on a menu yet!!!?", which I thought was very rude of them to treat customers like that.
