Recently received two 12 inch subs (turkey and roast beef) as a gift and really loved them! Genuine food and tastes better than subway (sorry subway you’re good for the price not the quality) the only reason why I am not giving 5 stars I because I have heard of the rewards program but I wish Jersey mikes sent out coupons in the mail (if you sign up for a mailing list for privacy reasons) for like $2 off a 12 inch or $1 off a 6 inch or something. Overall though really good food.

Ordered on the app, showed up right as my order should have been ready. Asked them about my sandwich, kid on the grill lied and said he’s been working on it (hot sub). I watched him start my sandwich, which he messed up. All of this would have been understandable if there were more than two other customers in the store. I love Jersey Mikes, I have for years, but this one is run by liars that can’t make a simple sub. :/
