We love Jersey Mike's because they usually have gigantic delicious subs. I just spent $20 on a giant sized Philly cheesesteak and I must say. Shrinkflation has completely taken over this location. I won't be coming back. Please view picture
The manager who was on duty made me feel so small and stupid. I just asked if he could remake my sandwich because I saw him touch something unsanitary before preparing it. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he dismissed my concern and made me feel embarrassed for even speaking up. I will never come back here. After that, the girl with blonde hair helped me. At least there is human decency in this world. I wish I knew her name to give her credit where it’s due.
Best subs in Napa. The manager Anthony and his staff aim to please and deliver. Mahalo.
