This was, by far, the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Jersey Mike’s. I’ve been to many locations, and this one was a huge disappointment. The manager was extremely rude, and the overall attitude of the employees made it feel like they simply didn’t care about providing good customer service. The store itself looked dirty, which was already concerning! I have celiac disease, so cross contamination is a serious issue for me and why I am very picky where I eat. I never write reviews, but I felt compelled to this time. I was very disappointed with both the sandwich and the quality of service from the staff. The food did not meet expectations, and the overall experience was not satisfactory.

Recently received two 12 inch subs (turkey and roast beef) as a gift and really loved them! Genuine food and tastes better than subway (sorry subway you’re good for the price not the quality) the only reason why I am not giving 5 stars I because I have heard of the rewards program but I wish Jersey mikes sent out coupons in the mail (if you sign up for a mailing list for privacy reasons) for like $2 off a 12 inch or $1 off a 6 inch or something. Overall though really good food.
