EDIT (10/8/25): This location has done a complete 180 since my review 4 years ago. Jersey Mike's as a whole has vastly improved overall and has become one of my more frequently visited chain sandwich restaurants. I had an Original Italian sub and my son had a Chipotle Steak sub here a couple of days ago, and both sandwiches were delicious, stacked, and the staff was professional and courteous. The last few times we’ve been there they have gotten our orders messed up. Today we ordered 3 sandwiches, all were wrong. One was missing ingredients (lettuce onions oil vinegar), one was an absolute mess with bacon we didn’t order, and the last one was an absolute mess with the correct ingredients. No idea what’s going on lately but come on guys. If I wanted mediocre sandwiches I’d go to subway. Paying $30 for this was not acceptable.
I go to this location at lease 2 twice a month because the staff of very friendly and location is very clean. The food quality is excellent and have no complaints at all since I have been going to this locations.
Been going to this location for the past 5 years and always friendly and fast service!
