I am not a patient here but the customer service here is amazing. Michelle was very helpful I tried to make an appointment at the Brooklyn NY location because it is close to my house. However they are very rude there the receptionist there does not know how to talk to people. She said they don’t take new patients and sounded very annoyed.If people are going to be working in a facility for mental health clients they should not be treated like this. Horrible time with them. Took money out of my account before consultation. Dropped my son without notice leaving him without his meds needed for bipolar

I was initially Dr. Vorobyev patient who happens to be a great doctor. I have been extremely understanding with practitioners coming and going but the most recent hire Ashley is flat out dangerous. She forgot to call in my medication after my consult, then prescribed medications the previous doctor took me off of then over prescribed medication I was taking. The incidents I am describing happened from March - July. Management did nothing to address my concerns even after I sent the screen shots of my medication. They insiste... read more
I went there for 1.5 years & saw FOUR different nurse practitioners. The last one was ok at first but later became stern and condescendibg toward me as my home atmosphere worsened & I really needed support. Seem they can't hold onto their staff. Even a long time secretary left the practice. They really hurt me badly however when I was recently hospitalized for suilidal ideation then THEY IMMEDIATELY CUT ME OFF MY MEDS DUE TO ERRONEOUS INFORMATION THAT WAS IN MY CHART without even calling me first.
