I have been calling Dr Boffard office since last week to speak with the Nurse, today is December 22, 2025 and still when I call Im put on hold, No one picks Up! Received my tests back was added on the site last week and No one calls to explain anything! Time to look for another doctor!! No one seems to care in this Office anymore especially when your having issues! Im done! This site force you to click one star you can post otherwise! Disappointed!
My roommates appointment was at 11am, she didn’t get called until 1230-1. why have I been here for 2hours + and we still haven’t left yet? Go to ANY other GYNO, this place is terrible.

I know a lot of people get frustrated with the wait times, but this place only has any wait because they make sure they are taking good care of every patient efficiently. When I’m here, I know I will be seen and taken care of, so I don’t mind waiting. Someone is ALWAYS there to take my phone calls or answer my questions… sometimes even after hours. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Where do I even start. The whole staff is incompetent. Including the doctor. I spent two weeks communicating with them about the services I needed done with them. I asked multiple times on multiple occasions what they needed from me. I came in this morning. My appt was for 10:15, didn’t talk to anyone until 11am. Understandable, I’m not one to complain because I understand just how busy the office can be. But there was literally two other ppl in there.
