I joined because I wanted to do yoga. I tried a lot f classes they offered and now use treadmill and thirty minute circuit. They also make protein shakes which I have daily usually substitute for breakfast or lunch . Everyone is helpful and kind there. I feel like I even made some friends.
Love all the classes and instructors! They push you to do your personal best❤️
The staff are warm and welcoming. They always do their best to help whenever I have a question. The price is great and they offer childcare which is a game changer for my wife and me. Being able to go to the gym and having the guidance and help of the staff has allowed me to lose 46lbs. I am a third of the way to my goal!! The pic attached shows the difference of nearly three months.
