Honestly, since being in the Wic program for my first child in 2019, I have never had a problem with them. They always very respectful very quick to resolve anything and I love that they’re open on Saturdays!! so today I had an appointment at 7 AM and I was in and out.
My appointment was fast and efficient. The office is clean and updated. Everyone is lovely and so kind. They really care and seem to enjoy what they do. Thank you Irene, Alexis and Nasha for adding to this experience. Also the location's address is actually 1 Jackson Square but you'll find the door to the office in the parking lot of Xtra super market under a sign that says "department of health and human services, clinic entrance"
Horrible experience I was told I was gonna a have my baby formula added on to the next month because the card they gave me didn’t work at the store so they mailed me out a new one and by the time it came it was the next month and when I called to see what happwith the formula a lady on the phone told me they don’t do that horrible communication horrible won’t recommend I have so many problems with them first they don’t upload my benefits on time I always have to call to get them added on and that when they feel like answerin... read more
