Very friendly staff especially to Raymond he is very helpful
I've talked to two or three different people here and they have all answered and explained very complex tax situations. They helped tremendously when I was looking for a house
This office gives you a very bad attitude when calling in.
Jersey City Tax Collector's website definitely needs a major upgrade. Mobile version must be added. Tax Collector's backend system requires a major upgrade. Tax Payment, Record Keeping all need to be all automatically calculated and no clerk should go fix the very basic calculation. All that said I am leaving FIVE (5) stars because of their prompt response and fixes. I paid the property tax on time and the record showed that they received my payment.
