This office gives you a very bad attitude when calling in.
Jersey City Tax Collector's website definitely needs a major upgrade. Mobile version must be added. Tax Collector's backend system requires a major upgrade. Tax Payment, Record Keeping all need to be all automatically calculated and no clerk should go fix the very basic calculation. All that said I am leaving FIVE (5) stars because of their prompt response and fixes. I paid the property tax on time and the record showed that they received my payment.
