We have been dealing with Jersey Chemicals for many years. My husband walked in and said hello buddy, the owner said I am not your buddy. My husband answer was OK. Time to pay. My husband said your prices are high. The owners remark was if you don’t like it get the f…out. No customer should be treated so rudely. My husband in in his eighties. Shame on the owner. Fortunately he is not the only one that sells pool chemicals. Perhaps he is a very unhappy person. But he should learn respect.
The customer service by Dave (claims to be the owner) is absolutely horrendous!! I can't imagine any owner treating customers and employees as he does. I would rate this store no stars, if possible, due to Dave's attitude. He is condescending as he offers misinformation and does not back his word or product. I agree with other reviews that this store has gone totally downhill since Dave took over. Dave treats you as if he is doing you a favor by allowing you to spend your money in his store.
