Non reliable. Outages are constant and timings for restoration are mostly increasing past the estimate by hours. Working from home is so difficult with this company
Supposed to be 24 hrs on call. Not!
Recently moved from 2 years and paid last bill before closing my account was $174.27 after 2 months transfer this amount to a new account We had receipt from JCP&L and paid from my checking account We called them ten times every cal one hour after that sent nots to chute off power we spoke with assistant to do a check my account and sending a complaint to them
We’ve had no power, and an electric pole, with a box, lying across our small street for almost 2 hours now. Not an emergency truck in sight? Tourist season is over for a few hours, and basically, eff off to the locals? Thanks so much.
I experienced a partial loss of power this afternoon. I entered my issue online and on the phone. I had a very timely response with a very professional, and experienced technician. He communicated clear expectations of restoration time as well as the root cause. While I did have an interruption of power I am pleased with the resolution.
