I have never lived I an area with o many power outages. It sees like every other month there is an outage.

I live in Old Bridge and have been calling JCP&L for over a year to get my street light repaired. Every time I call I get told excuses or they say it will be repaired in the next 2 weeks. I filed 2 complaints with the Board of Public utilities and did not get any responses back. JCP&L your service is terrible and you should be ashamed here!!!

Go to areas served by other utilities in NJ-by day you'll generally see straight and sound utility poles with tidy wiring and by night most places have newer LED or RF fluorescent streetlights in good working order. Go to an area served by JCP&L and you'll see crooked poles, damaged poles yoked to new poles with rope that remain as such for months if not years and 1960's tech HID streetlights with at least 10-20% not working at any given time. You'll think you just ended up in Mumbai.(Apologies to the citizens of Mumbai).

She really tried but her computer doesn't do anything for an agent login and there's no supervisor. I think she's autistic and gets through it.I think they hire them on the other side of the coal seam.

We’re without power for 27 hours with no recourse. No heat, no lights and no cooking facilities. We’ve been promised power in 4 hours, then 4 more hours, then 8 more hours and now 9 more hours (hopefully by 7am tomorrow morning). They say it’s equipment damage! How long does it take to fix equipment damage? Or is that just an excuse in place of total incompetence. Throw the incompetent, non caring heads out!!!!! A very frustrated electrical user
