Horrible company. Power goes out very often without reason. I had surgery and got behind my bill. They sent me a shut off notice not even giving me a week to pay it or would not accept partial payment and a payment plan. Rude representatives on the phone. If they could get blood from customers, they would

For the amount people pay, its upsetting how inaccessible customer service and resolution is. I have been calling for months about the same issue. I am told it’s resolved, and then the next month it is the same issue.

If I could assign a rating of -0, I would. This company is the worst. Why do we have them in New Jersey? They are terrible! I vacated my residence on October 28, 2025. I called every day. On the 28th, it indicated a wait time of 45 minutes to 1 hour. I am currently waiting. After 1 hour and 34 minutes, the call was disconnected. I called back, and it stated that the office was now closed. I called again the next morning, October 29th, and encountered another automated system. The wait time was between 1.5 to 2 hours.
