Took my very sick pup there yesterday, she was on deaths doorstep. With the quick action of the vet and all of the vet techs she is home and doing well. Thank you so much .
Brought my sick, dying dog in here yesterday for help. Nobody there would even look at him or try to help me in any way. Their reason was that the doctor had left, and the Vet Tech asked me what was wrong with my dog. I explained only for her to tell me the doctor isn’t there and she can’t help. Wouldn’t even give me advice. The women there were very rude to me & not concerned about my animal at all. I recommend Ghrist vet in Carrollton :)
I’m Cloe Hall I was very sick with kidney failure I can not thank Dr. Don Van Walleghen and the staff at the Jersey Calhoun Veterinary Clinic enough for taking such great care of me. I feel so much better thanks to all of you 🐈. I know my human Steve Hall is very grateful.
The vets at Jersey Calhoun Vet Hospital are very caring. They gave us 3 more years with our Rockie after nearly losing him from liver problems. He was 13. I would recommend this animal hospital.
All businesses should be watchful who they have answering their phones. That first impression means so much. Especially when you get someone who is insensitive and rude when calling to make the hardest decision as a pet owner. I will not be going back after that horrid experience. I too work with the public and customer service is incredibly important. What I experienced today April 2nd, at 7:57 am is unacceptable and I want to make it known.
They have been the best with our Zu his entire life! He’s 13 years old now!
