Best pizza we've had in all of Central Oregon! They also have now added various local boutique brewery offerings such as Boneyard to their Deschutes Brewery and standard beer line up. Good quality NW wines such as 14 Hands are also available. The only thing I would add is more seating.
Let's face it, Redmond, Oregon pizza selection options are really bad. We have tried them all. Jersey Boys Pizzeria is a breakthrough pie-maker that lives up to our Central Oregon Pizza Gold Standard: Bend's Pizza Mondo. Jersey Boys Pizzeria has met all of our standards that make a great pizza stop, save one. The beer selection is good, although the Coors neon sign in the window could lead the average passerby to think they only have the macro-swills.
