I purchase a microwave from Home Depot which included installation. HD delivered the microwave but when they looked at how the existing microwave was installed, they said they wouldn't be able to uninstall it. That I needed to hire a carpenter to take apart the cupboards to be able to get to the microwave. It didn't make any sense to me, but what do I know. I contacted Jer's appliance told him the issue. Jer’s appliance came out and put in an air conditioner for me and Jer went above to make sure everything was working properly and everything was working and all cleaned up would recommend jer’s appliance and his workmanship!!!! Thank you 🙏

I had an A/C Repair or Replace job I needed done and had a few local companies out to provide estimates. Jer was one of them. I was given an estimate and I declined it. Jer called a few times about this estimate and eventually revised it. I did not accept Jer's bid. I ultimately went with a different service provider. When Jer learned I was not going with him, he offered me $100 for a copy of the quote I accepted, as well as photos of the finished work.
