Had my young adult son go and they not only over charged for putting 2 tires on then wrongly removed 1 of my good tires and left the one with a nail in it on the car they also kept that good tire and didn't even mention that. The new, slightly larger tires were put on the front when balancing them but we needed them on the back. When I returned the next day they were going to charge me $40 to move them to the rear where they were supposed to be in the first place. Ended up going somewhere else for that. Had to go back twice on the same day they gave me a used tire twice it had a whole in it but they repaired it, and gave me a replacement.
Used to love this place but this very last experience left a very bad taste and I won't be coming here again. First off I get there well before 3pm and wait for a vehicle ahead. I get in and tell them I need a full set of tires I have swapped out. First thing they ask is, cash? I said no that I have a card. Saying that was liking saying something evil and they both almost in unison yelled out cash only! Now this threw me off cause every other time for years they've taken cards and cash.
