Friendly & helpfull I called jerry's when my car wouldn't start they told me to call abasolo towing in alameda and order a tow truck to bring my car to them! When the truck got there the driver was real nice he looked under the hood and found the the positive cable was loose so he fixed it for me and my car started right up! Thank you jerry if I ever need to i will bring you my car & thank you abasolo tow!
My family has gone here for YEARS, but... My family has always gone to Jerry's and they had always taken good care of our vehicles. They used to send us postcards to remind us of maintenance and recognized us when we walked in. However, one time after I left there after picking up my Grandpa's van after having the tires fixed I wasn't three blocks away when the hubcap went rolling off while I was driving.
