In February I contacted Jerry's signs for a awning repair. I hadn't had the awning a year and a staple was pulling loose. I was told they would work me in. It's now June 3rd and it never was picked up. After several texts asking I gave up. Since I moved my business home I had a friend pick it up on a roll back and bring it home. Since Jason left, the service hasn't been the same. Very disappointed in the run around and lack of service. They put I guess new sales above awning repair.
