Dropped off an old singer sewing machine that was given to me by a neighbor & took it to Jerry Sewing for repair. After just a couple of days, he confirmed what I was told by the neighbor, that the gears had skipped timing. He quoted a reasonable repair cost of about $250 & I agreed to the repair. My mom and I took 7 pairs of pants (6 jeans and 1 pair of brown pants) a few weeks before Christmas, to have the waist and legs taken in, as well as have the legs hemmed, and Charlotte was AMAZING. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend them for any AND all alterations needs. I just picked them all up today and tried everything on, and they all fit perfectly!!! Y'all rock!!!! Again, thanks so much!! I can't wait to wash everything and start wearing them!!! 😊👍🏼👏👏👌

My experience was with the alterations ladies only, not Jerry. They were not friendly. Came here to get a dress hemmed and a zipper fixed on a coat and the lady never called to say they couldn't fix the zipper. When I came to pick up the alterations, she said, oh, couldn't find a slide for the zipper. It was like she never even tried. AND the alterations for the flower girl dress was as much as a wedding dress, which I was not prepared for. I will not be back. Too expensive, not nice, and didn't even try. Alterations Review Only: I was extremely dissatisfied with my experience here. I took a bridesmaid dress in to get altered (hemmed, shoulder taken in, and a ribbon added on). Originally I was told that would cost "no more than $35" but the final bill was $45! $9 alone was to add the ribbon! All they diddwas tack it on to the old one! The first time in August 2021 Jerry fixed my Brother’s embroidery machine after he told me it was a piece of junk and I could buy one at Walmart for 100$. I asked him when was the last time he looked at sewing machines at Walmart. After much debate he agreed to look at my machine. Next day it was fixed.
