We had a GREAT time! We went on the long ride and it was amazing. We saw eagles and numerous other birds, deer, and a bear and her cub. The boats were fun and captain Jeff's stories were awesome. However, the food service was horrible and it was very expensive. We had a group of 5 and ordered 2 sample platters. They don't have plates so we had to eat off of napkins on the table. The meats were good but the sides were terrible and eating potato salad and baked beans off of napkins is unacceptable. That being said, Jerry's is ... read more
What an awesome way to spend a day. Riding in a 1000+ horse power jet boat pushing up the wild and scenic Rouge River. Over the rapids through steep rocky canyons and past the forested mountains. Our driver took the time to slow and show us the scenery and make the trip a relaxing and enjoyable sight seeing trip as well. The fisherman showed us their catches of salmon and steelhead. We had a great time! Kevin and his dog, Rue are wonderful! Great stories about life on the Rogue River! Made for a great time in Gold Beach! If you're healthy and hearty Jerry's Rogue Jets is a great way to see the Rogue from Gold Beach!!!!
Our ride on the wildcat was amazing and the the driver was amazing also..... Had a great time.....
I was honestly worried about being on a boat that long since I have a hard time sitting through a movie, but our driver, Jeff, was entertaining, knowledgeable, and skilled, the scenery was beautiful, and the weather perfect. Lunch was tasty, had ample portions, and was served quickly. I highly recommend anyone who hasn't, sign up for the 104 mile trip!
