Move over Sam... Alice has a new butcher! I have never had a bad experience or cut of meat since I've been going here (5 years). The ground turkey makes the best turkey burgers <-- I challenge anyone to find better ground turkey. If you buy a tenderloin, they'll 'clean it up' (remove excess fat) for you. Chicken breasts are whole; they'll split them for you. Need advice for dinner? FANTASTIC! prime quality meats and perfect service These guys are the BEST. Jerry & John are behind the counter and will help with cooking advice as well. Three of my friends told me about this butcher and I finally went! So mad at myself that I took 6 months!!! Great cuts and they make their own Skirt Steak burgers that are to die for. A+++
