Called on Saturday about being broke down was told I would get a call back in 10 minutes and about 2 hours later I called back and was told that they were sending somebody out right away ( never did) had the truck towed back to my yard Monday I got a call back and they sent somebody out 3hours later the mechanic was done his shift charged me 600$ and the truck was still not running and they supplied no parts, there mechanics are not asa trained mechanics and the guy who was working on my truck googled and you tubed everythin... read more

needed road service for a tractor trailer in Mickleton NJ. Gave Jerry's a call and it was as smooth a transaction as I could ever ask for. Service was top notch, issue was quickly taken care of and my driver was back on the road safely.

I had a great experience Joe is a lifesaver Broke down on I-95, my driveshaft dropped and tore my airlines. Not only was it a rapid response, but he had me up and running within two hours from the time I called. Strongly recommend this company for any emergency repairs.

I had Gerry’s come out to take a look at our broken down freightliner, and although the Fix was not successful, I was very happy with their service. Required a lot more time and a part that needed to be ordered from freightliner itself…. I still will be using them again in the future If one of our trucks breaks down
