I have had 4 AC systems installed by "Jerry's Major Appliance Service." I am a landlord and have found his work to be great, prices great and has your best interest in mind when installing the units. He will push for one system over the other and has justification on why to go that route. Very happy with his work, wouldn't think twice to use him again. I feel the other reviews are wrong but I have used him for 4 properties already. He is not a big outfit but I am all for the little guy.

Do not do business with this company. On March 16,2018 the owner put, what we were told, a new Goodman A/C and air handler in our home. Turns out the A/C was a 2014. He never registered the units with the manufacturer. We asked him many times since then for a hard copy of the warranty. Essentially we have no warranty. We tried contacting the owner a couple of months ago to do make a service call. He never responded, so we contacted another company to come out and check the system. he came to replace the air handler.his helper had alchol on his breath and they stole tools from our house.i called him about the tools he said he would look in his pile.he is very unprofessional .the air handler did not fit right we had to hire a contractor to fix it we will never hire him again.
