This Dealership is a Rip off they knowingly sold me a vehicle a ************* limited 2016 75th edition with a bad engine and a no warranty as is I purchased the vehicle for my son whos car was totaled by a neighbor in front of our house. My son is a college student entering his senior year so we purchased this vehicle to replace the one that was totaled so that he could drive to school which is over 100 miles away. Sent a letter to Jerry's Ford Jan. 29, 2023 with regard to non disclosure and documentation of transmission related repairs done to my 17 Ford Edge prior to selling it to me in Sept. 2022 w/ 40,800 miles. No Carfax, no dealer repair report. Was provided a Carfax on Oct. 3 after speaking w/ the finance specialist about the lack of information provided at the time of purchase, and concerns about my registration not being filed. Do not trust! Investigation needed. Fire Chris in Sales Financing. I purchased a new 2021 Ford F-150 on February 21st, 2022 (Presidents Day). To this date, April 4th, 2022 I am still waiting on the $4K plus check that was due to me from my trade in. From the beginning, Chris the finance guy is completely incompetent and I am wondering if he is stealing money.
