The staff is amazing. Always friendly and well-educated. I've gone to get my watch battery replaced whenever I need one. I recently took my mother-in-laws watch to have the battery replaced. My father-in-law made promises of replacing it, but never did. They replaced the battery quickly without spending an arm and a leg, and time to get it replaced.
