Purchased 2 power recliners (Flex steel) in March 2018. Lift mechanism in both chairs started going bad in August. Have made numerous calls to Jerry's in Mansfield with no success for repairs. Jerry's is going out of business and can care less about serving past customers. Beware.
My fiance and i were trying to get in on those good deals but found ourselves in an irritating situation. We bought our couch and paid for delivery but their guys couldnt get it in our apartment due to it being too long. (We were under the impression that it would come in a box and they would assemble it once inside) We went back to the store to try to get a refund, which they said we could not get.
