Absolutely terrible with no sense of professionalism. I will never hire their help and urge everyone to do the same. What a complete waste. I’m so incredibly frustrated.
Top quality service! Jerry always takes good care of us.
They were great! They ordered a new unit on Friday morning and it was installed by Tuesday morning. Also they worked quickly and efficiently and did a great job. I work third shift and usually sleep in the mornings. They were there by 9 a.m and had it up and working great by 10:45 and I was able to get some much needed rest. Would definitely recommend these guys!
Poor service. We have used them 3 times to try and gave them the benefit of the doubt. 2 out of the 3 times the owner was rude and not professional at all. The 1 time we had a good experience it was one of his workers answer and coming to the house. 1st time when I made the initial appointment with owner he belittled me. He told me I must not know the area I live in when giving him directions but yet I had lived on that street my whole life. Talked to me like I was annoying him.
