I'm a woman that had a Horrible Experience with Jerry's Garage. I'm Warning Others Please DON'T take your vehicle to Jerry's. IF YOU DO, YOU WILL BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. I'm not the only one that this has happened to. There was another person a while ago that had the same thing happen to him. I DON'T Appreciate Being Lied To The only reason this company got a star because I couldn't write the review without it. My opinion They Don't Deserve A Star At All VEHICLE OWNER BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! RIP OFF!!!!! He has DECEITFUL PRACTICES!!! I only gave a star BC i Had to to leave a rating! He STEALS YOUR TRUST AND MONEY AND DOES A POOR JOB!! He told me a price of $1500. Then after he got my car in his possession; He says he fixed things that didnt need fixed then he told me its now going to be $5000!!! Mr. Jerry has done some repairs on my car. He even replace my engine by my request instead of spending more money on several issues. In another occasion my car would not start so I took it to Mr. Jerry and as soon as I got back home they called me saying that my car was ready. It was some hoses that my husband had changed but we're not back in place property. He has always been honest and does the repairs fast only after calling first when facing a major repair. Well I, a "female" as if that matters. Brought in my truck to get a new belt put on. It was simple enough they did it right out front no BS.So when a few months later I had an odd experience which lead me to a dodge dealership. They proceeded to tell me my entire front wnd needes replaced at a very high $. So I took my truck up to jerry, I needed an opinion from someone I trusted. Seeing as I couldn't replicate the issue. I have been going to Jerry's for more than 10 years. This is a small family run business with skilled mechanics performing quality car care with your well being in mind. They have never repaired anything that didn't need repair. Their rates are within the industry standard.. Jerry will work with customers, but not support a sub-standard r repair request, especially where safety is relevant. They have always been honest to me and my family on price and time schedule. I'm a lawyer from Dallas who spent a week in Montgomery county. I had them replace all shocks. On a second trip they replaced all the brakes and rotors. I'm scheduling a third trip to help restore my 2002 diesel excursion. They've done good work at a fair price.

It made me give a star he does not deserve! The other 5 star ratings are fake from the receptionist I heard! Jerrys Garage is a LIAR&THIEF! Very Shady!! All the people there will lie to your face! Jerry tried to keep my car too! We had agreed on $650 & he said it would be done tomorrow. After 5 days I tried calling again & again, and when I went to get my car; he told me $1900 DOLLARS!
