Use to love jerrys but last 4 times ive gone my fries weren't cooked long enough and not nearly giving as much chicken with chicken and fries either
Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Sat in the parking lot for 45 minutes and no one ever came up to our car. Watched countless other cars have their order taken and food brought out. We drove up to the drive through window and all of the workers just stared at us in the window. Will never go back and will advise strongly that no one else does either.
Ridiculously understaffed/slow….. multiple times I’ve left without ordering because I sat there for 25+ mins without anyone coming to my window. The food isn’t even that good anymore anyways.
