I brought my Lancer to him for a repair estimate for an insurance claim. My mechanic recommended him so I assumed he would be on top of things. He wrote the estimate over 3 weeks ago and still has not sent it in to my claims adjuster. He has told me twice he would take care of it and both times were lies. He told me again today he would take care of it, so we'll see. DO NOT take your cars here if you want things done in any semblance of a timely manner
Great guys that do exceptional work!
Jim the manager is terrific! I had an issue with a bumper on a special car. He got me in within a day or two and repaired it perfectly in a very short time. He also changed me an extremely fair price! 5 stars for excellent customer service!
Second time Customer. Jerry’s Body Shop continues to do a great job. Thank you.
This is one of the best, autobody shops in southwest Michigan. There work is always top notch. Very friendly and nice to talk with. Highly recommend.
